The ideas of Steve Jobs currently relate to my life because I too believe a lot of things good or bad happen for a reason in our lives. Some good things and bad things that have happened have helped lead me to better things or helped to act as something to learn from for the future.
The idea of everything happening for a reason also helps relate to my thesis because I remember in I think Imm-130 or 140 we had a project to do and I came up with the idea of creating a highlight reel from my high school frisbee team with some of the pictures that were taken. Even though the whole time I was still interested in coding it led me to the idea, later on, to actually want to video edit and make more. Also, even though I was unable to get an internship last summer I was able to spend the summer learning Premiere Pro by myself. Both of these things have helped lead me to be able to do a highlight reel for my senior thesis. Even though it took me basically all 3 years of college I “didn’t settle” for coding and think I finally found what I want to do in the future.
